Booking requests

Submitting a booking request does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. Each request is reviewed and confirmed by the practitioner, and you will receive a confirmation once your time is accepted. We may decline, reschedule, or follow up with you about a request when needed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. You can use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

Health and wellness notice

Massage and yoga sessions are provided for relaxation and general wellness. They are not medical care and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Please tell the practitioner about any health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before your session, and consult your doctor if you are unsure whether a session is right for you.

Payment

Payment for sessions is arranged with the practitioner. Any pricing shown is for the service described and may change over time.
