• Google - confirmed appointments are added to the practitioner's Google Calendar.
• Email delivery - confirmation and reminder emails are sent through our email provider.
• Cloudflare - hosts the website and provides spam and bot protection on the booking form.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to manage your appointments and our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. To stop receiving appointment messages, contact us or reply to a message.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your details safe.
